For orders up to £150.00, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. 50% of this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
For orders over £150, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required and the remaining balance is to be paid 5 days before your event date.
In the event of a cancellation, please let us know (if you can) at least 3 days prior to your event date. Prep will otherwise begin, and this may mean wasted materials which may incur a fee if new stock needs to be ordered.

In the event of cancellation, you understand as per the terms and conditions that 50% of your payment is non-refundable as stock will have been purchased for your order.
No order is confirmed without payment. We will hold the date you’ve enquired about for 24 hours (unless discussed otherwise) and payment/booking fee must be made within that time or your date may go to someone else. This is so we can ensure fairness to all our customers who are enquiring for the same dates. We also require payment so we are able to order in any items needed for your event. If payment isn’t made and we’ve been unable to order your items, the items may go out of stock and the date you’ve enquired for may now be fully booked. Please avoid disappointment and pay within the 24 hours of us quoting you.
If we haven’t heard back from you, we will assume you do not want to go ahead with your order and the date may go to someone else. We will try and send reminders that we are awaiting a response just in case you have forgotten or been busy (we know it can happen), but we don’t have time to chase. Thank you for understanding.
Once balloons leave our care they are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Orders are made up in advance to ensure no faults. So any damages or popped balloons that require replacements will be charged for.
Please ensure you read our balloon care and safety thoroughly so you avoid damages. If someone is collecting on your behalf, please let them know to read our balloon care and safety.
All hire items must be returned by the customer (or collected by us if arranged) in the same condition they were left in when we deliver. Any missing items, props etc or damages will be charged for. Payment will be required or legal action will be taken.
Our props, frames, balloon arches and walls etc must not be moved once placed in the agreed set up. Framework can be heavy and easily broken if not handled correctly. As per above, any damages will be charged for.
Please do not let children (or adults!) climb on any framework, props or balloons, and please supervise children at all times at your event.
We understand accidents happen and cancellations can be out of your control, so please discuss with us and we will be as accommodating as possible.
