Balloons are best kept at room temperature. If your room is too hot, the balloons can burst and if it’s too cold the balloons can deflate. Temperature is one of the biggest factors in how long your balloons will last. Balloons inside will last longer than balloons outside due to being exposed to heat and direct sunlight which speeds up oxidation (the beginning of the natural process of balloons degrading) which causes them to become more matte and lose their shine. Keep your balloons away from radiators, ensure your air conditioning is on in your car on a hot day and do not store them in cars overnight.
Balloons are are likely to burst if handled incorrectly. When transporting them please ensure your vehicle has boot and back seat space (depending on the size of your display) and clear any objects that may pierce the balloons. If they are forced into a vehicle/small spaces they can burst or a small puncture can occur. We can’t take responsibility for popped balloons as they will always leave our premises in perfect condition. We make our displays 24 hours prior to collection to ensure any faulty balloons are replaced so we avoid this issue.
Balloons are not a toy. Please supervise children at all times as balloons can be a choking hazard if popped and be unsafe to play with. Please also be latex allergy aware. Ensure you know of any allergies of guests before opting to have a balloon display. Any props and framework that you hire is not to be touched once in place. You will be liable for any damage that is caused.
Please be aware of any latex allergies when organising an event/party and having balloon decor. It is your responsibility to ensure no guests will be at risk.
The latex balloons we use are 100% natural and are biodegradable. However, this process still takes time, so please ensure you dispose of balloons responsibly. Latex balloons can also be composted. Foil balloons can be reused and some recycled. Just ask for more info when enquiring.
We do not support balloon releases. This is one of the reasons we no longer use helium (we stopped using it in September 2022) as too often we were told releases were happening and we sadly can’t control what customers do with balloons. However, we could change what we offered and by stopping helium balloons, means we are no longer part of the balloon release problem. We feel very passionately about banning balloon releases worldwide and we encourage people to not participate in them.
